The rates include the provision of bed linen, hand and bath towels, electricity, heating, and final cleaning. There is an extra charge for intermediate cleaning and towel change.

The rates are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of 5 nights (in high season arrival and departure is possible on Saturday, and also outside high season we prefer Saturday as arrival and departure day). For a stay of less than 5 nights there is an extra charge. A stay of less than 3 nights is not possible. In addition, there is an obligatory local tourism tax of € 2.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day.

A deposit of 20% of the booking price is required to confirm the booking.

Please note that only cash payments up to a maximum of € 1,999.99 are possible at the farm, you will find a cash point (ATM) in the village of Mühlen in Taufers (3 minutes by car). We are also happy to accept bank transfers or card payments.

Sunday is very important to us. As a family day, it should be spent with our loved ones and dedicated to our leisure time, not interrupted by hectic arrivals and departures. Sunday there is no breakfast.

• Children up to 2,99 years stay for free,
• from 3 – 6,99 years pay 15 € per night,
• from 7 – 13,99 years 20 € per night,
• from 14 – 17,99 years 25 € per night.
• From 18 years up, the overnight rate for adults applies. Each additional guest is charged € 35 per night.

Children’s equipment: cots, high chair, baby monitor, children’s cutlery.

There is no right of cancellation in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival only the deposit will be retained.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount.
• Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.

We clearly point out the legal provisions of Art. 45 – 67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code G.v.D. 206/2005.

Our flats are perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday: Each flat has a very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Dishwashing detergent, tabs, kitchen and bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided and included in the price. You will also find salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and filters for the coffee and a filter coffee machine as well as a mocha in the kitchen. We charge a small fee for the use of the washing machine (on request).

The Innermoserhof has a ski and sports equipment depot with boot dryer. Each of the three chalets is equipped with a Finnish panoramic sauna and a bathtub, from which you have a magnificent view of the landscape of the Tauferer Ahrntal! Bathrobes and sauna towels are provided by us free of charge for the duration of your stay, we ask you to bring your own bathing slippers – for the sake of our environment (of course we will lend you some, should you forget to pack them while preparing for your holiday!).

The stay in the holiday flat of the Innermoserhof includes free access to the Cascade bathing and sauna world in Sand in Taufers.

On request, we are happy to pick up our guests on arrival at the railway station in Bruneck or at the airport and bring them back on departure (charge will be applied). From Mühlen in Taufers the pick-up service is free of charge. Free parking is available.

You can order your breakfast comfortably from your holiday flat using the list provided (the day before). Or you can have one of the delicious breakfast baskets brought to you from the farm with seasonal products! The range of products at the Innermoserhof is subject to changes depending on availability and is regional, seasonal and fresh! Thank you for your understanding.

We will be happy to provide you with information about shopping facilities, restaurants, and tips for breakfast.

Free internet and satellite TV are available in all holiday apartments.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our chalets.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the Innermoserhof. The holiday apartments have a terrace and a small garden of their own and lots of open nature on the doorstep!
